The hotel was ok. We needed something closer to the airport and it served its purpose. The wall of the hotel was dirty, it almost seemed like someone had spilled food on it that wasnt cleaned, the rest of the room was clean though. The pool is very small and they charge you to go in, they also make you wear a swimming cap. Staff was very nice. I would not necesarilly stay here again.

"Fantastic Hotel 5 stars"

Been to Lisbon a number of times now, this hotel has to be the best one I've stayed in. Reception staff very friendly and helpful especially Lucas and Gibril. Breakfast choice is amazing, rooms are exceptionally clean. Very happy this will be my first choice when visiting Lisbon next time and not forgetting indoor heated pool and jacuzzi.

They didn’t have the connected rooms we asked for and called to confirm. My wife had to argue with them for a while until a semi-resolution with a larger set of rooms was figured out. A bit disappointing. Didn’t serve any alcohol, which should probably be noted. Wanted a simple glass of wine or beer with dinner.

Fantastic location. Close to the airport with plenty of train stations in the area for central Lisbon and surrounding areas! Hotel was pristine, decor sleek and modern. Room was enjoyable although quite a few marks on the wall in the room i was occupying, could do with a fresh paint. Spa was very nice, popular with guests so tended to be busy. Service was superb all round.

You cannot find better stuff than this at the beginning Isabel at reception was magnificent beyond and above customer service, and Bruno by the door was more than helpful on finding anything that you like and at the breakfast time magnificent breakfast and Claudio Navarro could not be any better she was the best

The beds were comfortable, the room was clean and spacious, but the AC could have been cooler. We were looking forward to the free breakfast, but missed it because of our early flight. A major advantage of the hotel: close to the airport. Disadvantage: the surrounding neighborhood wasn't particularly inviting to walk around.

Our experience at this hotel was nothing but a nightmare. I stayed here for one night before my flight in the early morning (I checked out at 4am) and upon my stay I found a bed bug on my bed. When I approached the hotel staff about this concerning matter, one of the staff checked and saw the bug however, when I spoke to the front desk, they did not take the manner seriously. They told me there was nothing they could do as the hotel was full. The best they did was changed the bedding. Despite all of this, their customer service deserves a 0/10 as I still paid for my stay where the bed had bed bugs, floor had ants, and the room smelled like mold. I highly discourage anyone from staying here.
