Excellent and friendly service. The content and operation of the breakfast service are excellent. Everything worked great. Metro station nearby and traffic noise was not a problem. Only the noise of the planes flying overhead was clearly audible, but I didn't think it was particularly disturbing.

Good with a couple of quibbles!

Room was fine, clean and spacious. Folks at the front desk could not have been more accommodating and friendly. Wi-Fi, however, was Very Poor, not secure and not available in certain places in my room, kept cutting in and out in others-I suggest an upgrade. Some confusion about where to check in, whether there or at parent hotel. I went to parent hotel only to be directed to the residencia where reception is open from 9 to 12:30 and 1:30 to 6–not all day. Overall a good experience.

he room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bathtub was large and clean. I wish there was a capsule espresso machine in the room because I like to drink coffee at night. I wish there were more kitchen goods available. I was happy to be able to order breakfast other than the counter buffet. It was good, but I didn't know about it the first two days and thought there were not enough choices with just the counter ones, so I wish it had been explained to me at the beginning. It was very close to the metro station, a supermarket nearby, and the metro is the blue line, so it was very convenient. If I ever go to Lisbon again, I would stay here again.

Hotel muito bom com cozinha.

hotel muito bom, localização ótima, perto do Lidl supermercado, metrô são sebastiao e do El Corte Inglês, Decathlon, Celeiro, Oji sushi. Café da manhã muito bom. Quarto, banhriro com banheira, sala, cozinha, 3 guarda roupas, cofre, ar cond, 2 tv, bem arejado. Rota de avião com barulho até certa hora da noite. Staff ótimo. 6 andares com 2 elevadores. Tem depósito de bagagem. Tem restaurante com algumas opçoes de comida.

The rooms are comfortable, clean and well equipped. Breakfast is good with a broad choice. The staff are happy and helpful. Highly recommended as a good base for seeing Lisbon. The metro is a short walk away and the excellent Gulbenkian museum is a few streets away.

Aangenaam verrast door de vernieuwingen sinds ons laatste verblijf twee jaar geleden: vernieuwde receptie en ontbijtzaal en ook het appartement is opgefrist met nieuw tapijt en vers geschilderde muren. Wij waren er voor de vijfde keer en gaan er zeker terugkeren: moor locatie vlak bij een park en de metro. Supermarkt en redtaurantjes op loopafstand.

Easy to find from airport on metro (subway) line. Groceries nearby. Excellent in house restaurant for breakfast and open until 4. It is an apartment not just a room, with a sitting area, kitchen, bedroom and bath. Nice linens and lots of them. Staff were very helpful and spoke English. Quiet. Safe neighbourhood.

Einfach nur grandios

Das Apartment ist ideal gelegen, um Lissabon zu erkunden. Die Metro ist unweit der Unterkunft gut zu erreichen. Insbesondere das Personal an der Rezeption und bei der Frühstücksausgabe hat größtes Lob verdient. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und individuell nach Wünschen der Gäste zubereitet. Wir waren höchst zufrieden und können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

These apartments are really good. They aren’t modern gleaming white apartments and show some age but everything works well. The apartments are out of the noise and crowds of the areas lower down the hill and felt more like coming back to a real Lisbon neighbourhood than a tourist zone. A drawback to some may be the building is close to the landing path for the airport and there is some noise when the planes go over. There were really no flights overnight though so sleeping wasn’t an issue and not a huge factor to consider. More importantly, the apartments are close to a number of restaurants, a metro stop is a few minutes walk away, and there are shopping and at least 3 grocery stores the same distance. What really made this apartment great was the staff. They are all excellent and treated us like family. Adelia was especially friendly and had a great sense of humour. They are lucky to have her as she could easily run a higher end establishment. We would definitely good here if we came back to Lisbon.

Eu e quatro amigas ficamos hospedadas por 4 dias e adoramos o hotel. Café da manhã maravilhoso, a equipe do hotel muito atenciosa e prestativa. Deixamos o carro com segurança no estacionamento. O único probleminha do quarto 102 no banheiro e que não foi resolvido até a nossa saída.

:) Localização excelente e apartamento sossegado, limpo e confortável, ideal para quem viaja em trabalho. Os funcionários são atenciosos. :( a mobília já estava bastante desgastada - o sofá, inclusive, estava rompido. As Cortinas não tapam as janelas na totalidade, o que faz com que não haja a privacidade necessária. Necessário melhorar a reposição de produtos no Pequeno-almoço, que ê muito demorada. A qualidade do pão servido também não era boa

It was okay but not more. The service was brilliant and very nice people working here. But the standard was not the best. Great lobby and really good breakfast. But the rooms where a bit run down and things that you thought should be in the kitchen was missing. An okay area and okay stay, but far away from the best

L appartamento è molto carino e pulito, con tutti i confort di un albergo, per ogni esigenza c'è la reception con il personale molto cordiale e un piccolo bar Interno dove si possono fare degli spuntini. La posizione è ottima a pochi metri dalla fermata della metro, dove ci si può muovere agevolmente ovunque. Nelle vicinanze c è un grandissimo centro commerciale e supermercati. Lo consiglio.
