This place was clean, comfortable and the staff were amazing! My only complaint about this place was that my keys continually stopped being able to open my room and bathroom( the bathroom wasn’t located in my room).The staff were quite accommodating in fixing this problem for me.

The staff was friendly, getting our luggages upstairs was a bit tricky but the small elevator definitely helped! It was close to local restaurants that are walkable which is great. The rooms were set up so cute as well! Very clean!

In general almost everyone we came across in Portugal was very kind! We actually stayed here on our first and last night of the trip as it was convenient and close to Lisbon Airport. The staff was friendly and got a good laugh out of us. The rooms were very clean which was amazing! Perfect little stay!

Quite a loud hotel at all hours, the door was a little janky so could hear people at all hours going around. There wasn’t someone on reception all the time and I was left alone outside for 10 minutes late at night waiting for someone to come let me in. I had no hot water for 3 days of my stay. This place is next level! Such a beautiful room and huge newly renovated bathroom. The staff is super nice and helpful. Love the kitchen too! And the price. Just know it’s a big echo-y building. (Think old school building) Things were a bit loud in the morning when people were moving around.

Clean roooms . Changed towels every day. Had to share kithcen . It was always clean. Has no electric kettle. Hot water all day . No issues. Nice area . Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby. Transport into centre was very good.
