A noisy hotel, near the airport.

Very noisy. Planes fly just above the hotel before landing. Room was nice but no nice common area. Didn't have time for breakfast, so no comment about it.

Tiny bedroom. The surrounding area was very residential and under the flight path to Lisbon airport. On the positive side the breakfast was good- nice quality pastries etc. the metro was very convenient and the museum https://gulbenkian.pt/museu/en/ nearby was amazing. Plus El Corte Ingles about a 15 min walk away

Multiple issues with this property that should be a warning: 1) airplanes fly right over and it loud, do not expect to sleep well 2) walls are very thin and housekeepers slam doors so even if you are just in your room, you get woken up by others 3) rooms are dirty. Floors have marks on them, rooms need paint, showers have mould on the silicone areas 4) the hotel smells terrible. I don’t know what it is but it’s a very bad odour and the washrooms in the room are small and have no vent 5) staff is robotic, not friendly, not looking to go above and beyond 6) hotel requires you go up a bridge or cross train tracks to get to nearest metro station so not accessible for all walks of life Overall this is more of a 2 star hotel after staying in it 3 nights. Would not return.

Not in a good area. Receptionist didn't have change to get water from the vending machine yet a note in the room stated water was free. She never offered the free water option. Directly in the flight path of the airport. When we pulled up to the hotel I thought: "OMG what did I book!" Very deceiving online.

The staff would always try to accommodate our needs, but we are mostly grateful to two of the gentlemen working at the front desk, Obonio Guerra and the other one, unfortunately we did not quite catch his name, as they both always made us feel at home and very friendly. Staff during breakfast was also very nice. Upon our arrival to the hotel, Obonio was very welcoming and when asked for dinner suggestions, he gave us two, one of them being his best recommendation and we tried it. Needless to say that he did not nor the restaurant disappoint us at all. The food was great and prices were very reasonable. One day we had to leave before breakfast time and we asked if the hotel could provided with a small box to take out and we were so amazed and definitely delighted when found that this nice man (the one we could not catch his name), had prepared quite and literally big boxes that carried sandwiches, pastries, yogurt, fruits and juice for each one of us. So very thoughtful that it really warmed our hearts. We also like that small local restaurants were within walking distance, as well as a supermarket or small shops. The only thing that may not sit well with some who hate loud noises is that you can literally hear and see planes arriving in Lisbon all day long. However, this never bothered us and we were all able to sleep without any problem. We even had so much fun watching them passing by over the building. Overall, it was nice place to stay with your family.

조식이 매우 훌륭합니다. 조식만으로도 숙박할 만한 가치가 있습니다. 지하철역과의 거리도 도보로 5분정도밖에 안걸리고 직원들 모두 친절해서 다시 묵고싶을 정도에요. 버스터미날도 도보로 이용가능한 거리라서 스페인으로 이동할 때도 좋았습니다.(다만 10분~15분정도 소요되어 살짝 멀어요)

Hôtel situé le long de deux routes à trois bandes, du train et dans un couloir aérien (avions toutes les 5 minutes). Impossible de dormir vu insonorisation nulle. Un cafard dans la douche. Pas de sèche cheveux. Panne en salle de déjeuner le dernier jour donc des boxes. Personnel très sympathique.

Staff members are great, very helpful. The place is clean, the noise from the airport nearby didn’t bother us at all. The Room is small and doesn’t have a mini fridge or a chair to sit but it is allays clean. I recommend and would stay there again if needed.

good: 1- convenient that it was close to the Benfica stadium 2- decor was nice not so good: 1-i did not like the smell of the building 2- the mattresses were so hard I could not sleep 3- the planes flying over were super loud 4- the ac unit over the one bed would be too cold for the person below it and so the settings had to be lowered but the issue was that it was too hot for the other 2 people across the room 5- had to go up a few steps to the area where the elevator was and that was hard for me due to my back 6- elevator doors were awkward in the way they swing out into the hallway 7- bathroom was so tight I would not stay here in the future.
