"Upon my arrival I noticed the room wasn’t in its best Shape, only noticed this because I saw that the lotion bottle had residue left all over it. Upon my final night stay there I went to go heat up some food and found someone’s left over dish in the microwave that had started to develop maggots… and I had been checked in for 4 nights already. Also an incident had occurred where the shower head broke off mid shower and hit me on the head. This did in-balance me and left a mark on my forehead....
"We stayed here coz my kids thought the hotel looked like Hogwarts Castle. lol! It didn't disappoint: clean rooms, sheets, and an overall well-maintained hotel. The bathroom also had plenty of towels, which is a plus. Except maybe for the bathroom toilet backing up on our first night, everything else went smoothly.. lol!"
