"The room was clean, the AC worked great. The location was great for us as well. Breakfast was not that great. We went down at 8am on friday, half the bread box was empty, the juice machine was out of order, the coffee tasted burnt. I went to use the yogurt machine and it was out, no one replaced it. Needless to say we didn't eat breakfast there again. I found that the tub was very deep and difficult for me to get in and out of. The lightbulb went out in the bathroom, i called the front desk, they said they would send someone up the next day but they never did. I think the staff could be a little more friendly. When we checked in, the lady was very nice but after that, we didn't speak to anyone else until we checked out on sunday."

"I was visiting my dad and needed to stay at a house that would accommodate my two dogs. This house fit the bill perfectly. It was clean and comfortable and my dogs loved exploring the path between the house and the creek. The traffic on the highway was more than I thought it would be, but I was very careful with my dogs while out walking, so it was fine."

"Property was as stated. Jason was very quick in responding to questions. Loved sitting on the deck watching the hummingbirds. Was able to ride the trail right from the house and walked next door to the restaurant and the general store. Beds were comfortable. Would stay there again. Great location."

"Buck Run is fantastic property! The house was large enough for our family of 10 but had a very cozy atmosphere. The house was spotless when we arrived and is well cared for. The listing with pics is exactly as described. The outside of the property is also great! We walked the trails, played pickleball on the beautiful court almost every evening, and fished in the pond. Our 4 grandchildren had a wonderful time! Communication with the hosts Melanie and Ray was seamless. I would highly recommend Buck Run for all ages! We had a great time!"

"We enjoyed our partial week stay at Roxanne's cottage on Pine Creek. The house is comfortable with a lived in family vacation feeling. We especially enjoyed the fire pit with clear sky views, hammock in the shady yard and access to the creek."
