Staff was understanding and nice to me,room was clean,i almost didn't stay because of reading reviews,but i needed a quick stay for short period,prices reasonable,they charge a deposit but as long as you treat there property right you will get it back.

Comfort Inn & Suites Presidential - Downtown Little Rock
Room was clean, bathroom was clean, spotless tub but there was mold in the corners or the tub.
