A wonderful place to spend 2 nights. Richard and Mark were so accommodating and friendly. The room was very tastefully decorated with great detail. Parking was free across the road and the location was excellent. A nice walk to the beach and the East Beach cafe - a building with design awards. Altogether a great stay!

Mark and Rich were amazing hosts. Excellent restaurant suggestions. Our room was in the basement at the back and it was cool and quiet. Very clean and the common area where breakfast was served and the area where you could sit and look out at the water was way bigger than we expected. Breakfast was extra and well worth it. Great berries and yogurt, cereal and fresh baked biscuits were a highlight. They even accommodated a relative for breakfast who wasn’t staying at the first house. Should also mention the beach was right across the road. This location is amazing and I would stay there again.

Richard & Mark were the perfect hosts! They met us with a warm welcome & made us feel like we were guests in their home. The beach house was perfectly clean and their breakfast was a "Proper English Breakfast." The Seaside path was within walking distance and the view was spectacular. Whenever we asked suggestions for restaurants they were always accommodating. They made us feel like their extended family! If you are looking for a little peace of heaven in Littlehampton, this is the place to stay! If we return there's no doubt where we would stay here again. Sincerely, Todd & Kathie Kershner!
