The room, pool, and breakfast area were clean and well maintained. Best price in the area and it was surprisingly quiet that I fell asleep without earplugs (it was a Thursday)!
Yhe lady front desk super nice. The room are well appointed and nice. Beda wa very comfortable. My only complaints about the room is the floor wasn't very clean. I would recommend staying!!
Im not one to complain , my first rooms toilet seat was ready to fall off , i was given another room and toilet seat was also ready to fall off, but by the time i went back to front desk to tell staff member about second room first room was all fixed up and we stayed in first room . The freezer had a soda spill in about 6 inches of ice but my grandkids and I had a good stay all of the staff members were amazing we enjoyed the pool very much .
This is the second time we have chosen to stay here and both times have been excellent. The complimentary breakfast always has great choices. It has been clean and quiet both times. I love that there are many dining options close by, as well as a walmart. This is my number one choice when visiting Live Oak.
I was visiting following storm Idalia. The staff made certain, when I was able to contact them by phone, that my reservation would be preserved. I am happy to say it was, even though they had many utility and internet issues to deal with at the time. Everything was up and running for myself and other residents, who appeared to all be utility and tree service employees. Thank you.
I definitely will not recommend anyone to book a room there. The rooms are in bad sharp. The whole hotel need remodel.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
There were a lot of guest hanging out in front of their rooms drinking and going in and out of their vehicles. Looked like most were transient workers. The shower control knob was not screwed in to the valve so you had to hold it on when using it. The continental breakfast was minimal at best.
Floors were dirty and worn, so many broken things in the room, roaches… they should’ve paid us to stay there. They cleaning team was great - we didn’t have enough towels or any soap in the shower and they got us everything we needed very quickly.
