Welcome to GuestReady Essential in Liverpool – a 35m² studio conveniently located within walking distance of the city centre, public transport, shops, and restaurants.
This fourth-floor studio (accessible via lift) is ideal for couples or solo travellers. It features a double bed with hotel-quality linens, a sofa, a flat-screen smart TV, and a balcony for fresh air and natural light.
The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware, cutlery, an electric hob, oven, and coffee machine. The bathroom includes towels and complimentary toiletries.
Phone support is available in English and French.

A Note on Expectations:
We like to be upfront so you know exactly what to expect while enjoying the comfort, convenience, and warm welcome of GuestReady Essential.
WiFi may be a bit patchy, the studio is quiet, the view is primarily industrial, and street-level parking may be limited. Occasional small insects may appear, as is common in urban environments.
On the day of your arrival, you can seamlessly complete the check-in process using Keynest by visiting a nearby store within walking distance of the property. You will receive your keys by providing a code to the store attendant. The store's address and the required code will be conveniently shared with you at least 48 hours before, and the code is valid within 30 minutes before your scheduled time.
Please note that keys are also required to be dropped off at checkout
We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.
Vauxhall is a neighbourhood with character and attractions that draw people to stay in this vibrant area. One of its prime attractions is its rich history, with many historic landmarks and waterfront views that capture the essence of Liverpool's heritage. The Albert Dock, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is a prominent feature, housing museums, restaurants, and shops celebrating Liverpool's maritime history.
Moreover, Vauxhall offers excellent connectivity through Vauxhall train station, making it a desirable location for those who want easy access to Liverpool's bustling city centre and its myriad entertainment options. The neighbourhood also features a diverse culinary scene, ranging from traditional pubs to international cuisine, ensuring something to satisfy every palate.
Green spaces like Stanley Park provide fresh air and recreational opportunities for residents. The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
The nearest train station, Liverpool Lime Street, is just a 17-minute walk.
Liverpool John Lennon Airport is a 32-minute drive from the property.
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).
Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.
We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
