Beautiful food and courteous staff. Bedrooms well appointed and trendy. Well designed interiors. Breakfasts exceptionally good and staff very helpful and professonal. Disappointng you are not able to use the leisure club without paying extra for the privilege.

We had a lovely relaxed long weekend stay at Hope Street Hotel. Far eno8gh away from the crowded centre but close enough to get to, 20ish minute walk(we dont mind walking) The room was lovely and spacious the photos dont do it justice, really liked the separate floors for bedroom and chill out living space. The tub was massive, had a lovely soak. Unfortunately didn't get a chance to check out the spa as it as booked out. Breakfast was great, good variety of food, friendly and helpful staff.

We loved the hotel, there was nothing to fault (we had a free upgrade). It was a special anniversary so everything was beyond our expectation. Everything was tastefully designed. The room was beautiful, well lit, well furnished and the bed was so comfortable. There was a large bathroom and walk in shower. We stayed on the3rd floor facing Philharmonic Hall and there was negligible noise from the road below and none from the rooms around us even though the hotel appeared to full or close to full on a Friday evening. The food in The London carriage Works restaurant was excellent and breakfast the next day was good too. Lastly, the staff were polite and kind without being obsequious.

Amazing hotel, stayed for my daughter’s graduation. Room spacious and clean. Staff were absolutely lovely and helpful. We could figure out shower temperature, range reception and someone came up within minutes to sort it out. Central to where we needed to go. Would not hesitate to stay here again
