"Le checkin - le personnel de la réception n’était pas avenant, ni souriant et n’expliquait rien spontanément.
Les frais - absolument tout est en supplément: parking annoncé à 15€/J mais surplace c’était 20€/j(parking serré, avec peu de places et accès en terre), caution pour le badge du parking, caution pour le coffre fort, pour avoir un frigo, pour un transat à la plage ET son parasol, pour le spa… même pour peser sa valise, c’est payant.
La chambre - pas du tout propre à notre arrivée, pas...
