Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été touchés par l’accueil du personnel : attentionné, chaleureux, incroyablement professionnel, et surtout d’une finesse rare dans l’adaptation à chaque client. À aucun moment nous ne nous sommes sentis comme de simples numéros – bien au contraire, chaque échange semblait personnalisé, sincère et bienveillant.

"Pure Magic in the middle of the Pyrenees. Unfortunately the hotels restaurant was closed as it was Sunday. We were offered alternatives from the very service minded and nice hosts. The journey from Perpignan was worth every curve, there is a lot of them. The scenery is just overwhelming."
