"The property is nothing less than spectacular. The staff are always available and willing to provide assistance. The room we stayed in was incredible. Beautiful view of the sea, an infinity pool of our own… unbelievable. Breakfast every day was delicious. Lots of options, including healthy options, to choose from. We enjoyed two dinners at the seafood restaurant and both were amazing. We had the salt baked Sea Bass and the Roasted Chicken. Service was great as well. Can’t say enough great things about our experience at this exceptional Hotel."

"We stayed at Tent Arenal with our family, including our children, during our trip to S'Arenal. I have to say that the service was excellent. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made our stay truly enjoyable. They really went above and beyond, and we are very grateful for their hospitality. The only downside is that I don't think this hotel is particularly suitable for families with children. During the high season, there are many German and Dutch guests, and unfortunately some of them behave quite poorly. There was a lot of drinking, loud shouting, and noise late at night and again early in the morning, which was disturbing for families trying to sleep. Fortunately, the wonderful staff made our stay worthwhile despite this. One suggestion for improvement would be to enforce the no-smoking policy more strictly. Smoking is not allowed around the pool area, but some guests ignored the rule without being reminded, which affected the experience for others."

Ona Cala Pi Club

"Cala Pi is a lovely village 30 mins from Palma. The hotel is next to a great beach in a large cove. There is another smaller quiet beach that you can walk to in about 20 mins. The village has several nice restaurants - Restaurante Sa Terrassa was excellent. The hotel was good value for a basic 2 bed apartment with breakfast. Location makes it excellent."
