"I would say this was a great stay other than the cleaning of the rooms. It took 2 room changes on my arrival to find a room that was clean and not used, and I’m not usually the kind to person to complain, but if beds aren’t made and there is physical dirt all around the bathroom, i definitely want that cleaned. The all you can eat brunch was great! You could go in and out until 13:30 which was so helpful and gives you 2 meals for the day! Lots of options, other than fruit really. Wifi was good in the room, but not out by the pool. The staff were generally friendly, and check in on the pad was very easy. I would come and stay again as it was very close to the beach. Just be aware if you have a car, the parking is a nightmare."

"Room was a little dated and the bed was a bit uncomfortable but is was very spacious and immaculately clean. Balcony in apartme t 9 was huge and had amazing view, would be lovely in the sunshine! Situated near the beautiful cove but we did move to a busier town just because the weather was so poor and there was then little to do in Cala Pi. Would have stayed had it been sunnier to use the pool or cove/beach."

"The hotel rates its self basic and has 2 stars and I feel it gives more back than that, so rate it excellent compared to what we expected. Room was plain but clean with fresh towel. Balcony basic. Breakfast was fab, the staff were very friendly. Pool not very clean and sun lounge area basic but we didn’t come to lie about the pool so this didn’t bother us. We would come again for the price we paid. The hotel is a nice walk away from the main shops, about 10mins. Bar prices very reasonable, sometime cheaper than the super market."

"This hotel is budget friendly and great for a short visit, location is fantastic, roof pool and views are excellent, staff were all very friendly. The 15% discount at the corner cafe comes in handy. However, the bathrooms need fixing, the walls are thin, the smell of smoke gets into the rooms from the neighbours, I guess that can’t be avoided. And it’s very noisy. Just meant we couldn’t open the balcony doors on hot days. Sadly. What you can fix is the bathroom, the door doesn’t close, the shower head isn’t stable, and the floors flood easily. Oh! Another elevator would be handy!! "

"Shower leaks and floods the bedroom, UBS sockets don’t work. Reported this to the front desk but issues not resolved during our 4 nights stay. Towels were worn and needs replacing. "

"Variety of cold cuts, cheeses, lox for breakfast along with yogurts, cereal and assortment of artisan breads. Really liked the offering of local dish made of crushed tomatoes, oil and seasoned salt. There was a la carte options available with different options for eggs and pancakes. Dinner was equally exquisite with delicious a la carte options. Gym has mostly cardio equipment consisting of a few bikes, elliptical machine and treadmills. Free weights and a bench. I would prefer to have a better outfitted gym given it’s a “wellness” resort. Spa and saunas were clean and not crowded at all. Perhaps it has to do with the time of the year and March-April being the slow season which was great for us! They did struggle with providing timely service and so the wait time for breakfast/dinner was quite long (up to 30 min) Once you get past the idea that everything has to be quick - it becomes very enjoyable. We would come back around the same time next year to take advantage of no crowds!!"
