"First then we comming no have hot water we ask reception what its going on they answer waiting engineers . We was 2 days by the its nobody fix . Still no hot water then we check in the morning . People then going somewhere check or rooms doors clock because we have like don't work clock thinks . After 2 h they fix . But anyway I'm personally no recommend thus hotel anyone ."

"Great kitchen, well equipped. AGA temperatures were not as hot as described on the sheet. Given the size of the property, perhaps a larger kitchen sink and second dishwasher would be beneficial. The house was a bit cold at times, although the kitchen area was fine. Would have been nice to have fuel to light one of the front room open fires. Overall a fab stay and would stay again. Most bala lodges benefit from a hot tub."

"Well appointed, with everything we needed, easy walking distance to restaurants and shops.The small gauge railway is a short walk across the lake top. The house is clean and well maintained. We had a small problem getting into the property, but the owner sorted it out very quickly. Overall excellent property."
