Great Location

Nice big property with plenty of room. Lovely garden area to sit in and very peaceful. The location is stunning - just a short walk to the beach. We love Brittany and this is a great base to explore some of the nicest places, especially the coastal areas. Very well equipped too. Highly recommended.

Haus, Lage und Vermieter top!

Wir hatten 2 wundervolle Wochen in diesem sehr gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. Die Lage ist perfekt, die Eigentümer supernett, der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Von diesem Standort aus lässt sich die Bretagne bestens erkunden. Klare Empfehlung!

Kerfriant reste un peu sauvage et à proximité d'autres belles plages. Le bourg de Loctudy est facilement accessible en vélo. Les vélos sont un plus pour profiter de la région. Rien ne manque dans la maison. Bon équilibre

Meerblick aus dem Schlafzimmer

Großzügiges Ferienhaus mit kleinem Garten, 100 m zum Strand, Waschmaschine und Trockner machten den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, tolle Gegend für Ausflüge. Einziger Wermutstropfen: die angebotenen Fahrräder konnten wir leider nicht nutzen. Gute Creperie zu Fuß erreichbar, Supermarkt aber nur mit dem Auto. Wir können das Haus weiterempfehlen.

Entspannter Urlaub in hübschem Haus mit Meerblick

In diesem liebevollen und hübsch eingerichteten Haus mit allem was man braucht, konnte man sich wunderbar entspannen. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr herzlich; die Meernähe ist traumhaft. Man kann alle Einkäufe mit dem Rad erledigen. Die Umgebung ist sehr interessant und um diese Jahreszeit sehr ruhig. Wer sich nach Ruhe, Erholung u. dem Meer vor der Haustür sehnt, ist hier genau richtig. Nochmals vielen Dank an Guy und Maryse.

liebevoll hergerichtetes Haus, stilvoll eingerichtet; großzügige Küche, die von uns fleißig genutzt wurde, da sehr gut ausgestattet; weiteres umfangreiches Equipment: Gartenmöbel, Sonnenliegen, Grill mit Kohle, Tischtennisplatte im Keller sowie vier Fahrräder (eines mit Kindersitz und Korb + 4 Schlösser); die Fahrräder waren besonders hilfreich um kleine Besorgungen (Bäcker 4 km) oder die Strände in der Nähe zu erreichen; der Ort Loctudy (4 km) bietet alle Möglichkeiten zur Versorgung (Bäcker, großer Supermarkt mit Tankstelle, Apotheke, Post, Fischhändler, Restaurants); Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und unkompliziert, Kontakt über Fewo-Portal ging sehr zügig (ausschließlich französisch)

Schönes Ferienhaus nah am Strand

Wir waren fast 3 Wochen in Loctudy und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und der Kontakt über die Plattform und vor Ort war sehr freundlich. Im Haus und der Küche gibt es alles was man braucht. Gemütliche Betten, kleiner Garten, netter Ort und der Strand direkt um die Ecke.

...und vor uns das Meer.

Das gepflegte Ferienhaus bietet wirklich alles, was einen gelungenen Urlaub ausmacht. Nur 150m bis zum weitläufigen Hausstrand; Zirka 500m Spaziergang zur besten Creperie weit und breit. Der Fernwanderweg GR34 sowie der Radweg45 sind in unmittelbarer Nähe des Hauses erreichbar. Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Check in und Check out waren völlig problemlos und unkompliziert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder im Haus von Guy und Maryse unseren Urlaub verbringen. Mit viel Wehmut im Herzen sind wir wieder nach Hause gefahren.

Erholsame Bretagne

Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen zuvorkommend und höflich, haben schon im Vorfeld auf alle Fragen sehr schnell geantwortet. Ausgesprochen nette Geste der Vermieter: bretonische Spezialitäten als Begrüßungsgeschenk. Nachbarn des Ferienhauses sehr freundlich. Anfang September ausgesprochen ruhig und erholsam. Ausstattung: Es ist wirklich alles da, was man braucht und alles ist sehr sauber. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Magnifique Séjour

La maison correspond parfaitement à l'annonce. Il ne manque rien. Elle est propre et bien décorée.. La location est très bien située ( très proche de la plage, 200m, idéale avec des enfants). Son emplacement permet également de découvrir le Finistère Sud. L'accueil de Guy et son épouse était chaleureux ainsi que nos échanges. Nous pouvons que recommander cette location!

Schönes Haus in Strandnähe

Sehr gut für einen Familienurlaub. Gute allgemeine Ausstattung, Fahrradkeller mit Grill, Tischtennisplatte und Waschmaschine / Trockner. Besonders schön war es auf der Terrasse zu frühstücken oder einfach in der gemütlichen Sitzecke zu entspannen. Guter Startpunkt fürs Fahrrad fahren, insbesondere zum ca. 2,5 km entfernten und tollen Strand der „Sables Blancs“. Sehr nette Vermieter und Nachbarn. Gerne wieder:-)
