"Breakfast was great, the restaurant was accommodating with great staff. Delicious as well. Hot-tub was broken which was unfortunate as this locations hot-tub is a huge bonus I usually enjoy. Clean all over, great stay."

"Easy parking. The break was ok but it’s really a basic continental breakfast. If you stay on the 3rd floor know that the elevator doesn’t go to it, there are steps which isn’t necessarily an issue for everyone. "

"Lots of free parking, friendly staff, breakfast included, extremely clean, very near stores and restaurants, management was receptive to feedback."

"When arrived at the lodge the parking lots was dirty, went to the registration room and there was a sign saying "closed please call this number", had to call 4 times before someone answered. Was shown a room and the person from the registration office looked in the bathroom and said sorry, not this room. i will show you another one. When the door to the room was opened the room smelled of smoke and mold (there was a sign showing no smoking in the rooms). The room was nothing like the pictures shown on the web site. I would not recommend this place to anyone. When we told people we meet in Renfrew about the mess of this place, they had told us the place was supposed to be closed few years ago. Definitely should be taken off the list of hotels to recommend."

"Liz at the breakfast nook was delightful and very attentive. Highly recommend this hotel for comfortable large rooms, lovely clean pool and a real food breakfast with real China and metal utensils! Awesome! Thank you!"
