"The room was excellent and the bed was probably the comfiest I’ve ever slept on! The buffet breakfast was reasonably good and the gym was fairly well equipped. The location was a little out from the centre but good for the Châtelain market and closer to the lovely park. Staff could perhaps be more engaging / helpful for this level of property. I very much enjoyed Brussels"

"The room was clean, and the location was good. Advance online check-in gave us QR codes that we used to get our keycards. (The details that came up on the screens didn’t match what I’d provided online. And we didn’t get the QR codes emailed to us. Luckily, I had screenshots.) When the air conditioning reached its set temperature in one of our two rooms, it would create loud bangs (ten or so each time).
