Good property, key pick-up a mess

Great location. Well equipped property. On-line check-in was complicated. No one met us at the arranged time and we had to go elsewhere to pick up the keys.

Nice comfortable flat

Older but clean. Quiet neighborhood. Good connections to busses and Metro, but figuring out schedules was a little labor intensive. Would recommend a welcome packet including instructions for garbage removal, washer dryer operations, maps, etc.

Maida Vale - Flat

Overall, lovely flat! Clean and amazingly quiet. Convenient to shops and Tube. However, no Dishwasher as listed in the amenities. This was a disappointment as nobody wants to do dishes on vacation. Recycle Bin would be helpful with instructions of where to discard rubbish. Needed addtional/new bed pillows which were finally received, but several days into my stay. Owner has been great with communication, but management company needs to be clear and responsive to questions regarding check in process. However overall really enjoyed my stay.
