From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, the staff were so friendly and professional. Some of the best we have encountered. The hotel was just what we wanted. Convenient for shopping, dining etc. room had everything we needed too.

Excellent hidden gem

This hotel is highly recommended, as I've stayed in so many in London and the location is perfect. The staff is absolutely accommodating. The food is delicious The décor is headed well. Thought out and uh, the hard work permeates the entire facility, including originals in each room.I highly recommended.

This property is really great. It’s on a dead end street so quiet for London. The people that work in the hotel are top notch. They really made the stay extra special. Graham and Andrei were just awesome.

Our room on the sixth floor was lovely; on the small side but with a wonderful balcony. It’s quirks--steps up into the bathroom—were more than offset by its assets—good natural light, excellent bedding, lots of hot water, incredibly quiet. Especially enjoyed the central location—steps from upscale shopping, restaurants, Buckingham Palace, Green Hill tube station.

Kind and courteous staff; very responsive to questions and sent a staffer swiftly after I had trouble with the in-room wifi. I wish the property had been more flexible about letting me amend the reservation dates at the rates locked in when I first reserved the room. But location is great; staff helpful and courteous; late-night food options to boot. Would stay again.
