First week of opening and the staff were very helpful throughout in all areas. Clean and well set out. Will stay again when next in Canary Wharf.

This might be a good hotel in six months, but not now. Has partially opened but is charging full price when many amenities are not available yet. No bar, no room service, no restaurant, partial breakfast, only two floors open, heating didn't work properly, TV didn't work properly. Wish I had booked elsewhere.

Clean and quiet, good sized room and we enjoyed our stay. The complimentary breakfast was good with a reasonable selection. Staff were friendly and went out their way to ensure everything was right and we had an enjoyable breakfast
