The room was a nice size but the bathroom was a bit strange with a frosted window between the bathroom and the bedroom so you could see the outline of the person when they were showering. One of our hand towels had a dirty mark on it as well. We opted to not have our room serviced as we were only staying two nights but because the staff member we spoke to didn't give us a voucher we didn't get the £5 food & beverage which was advertised for opting out. We also didn't get the Expedia VIP food & beverage discount applied to our account and I had to contact the hotel numerous times after our stay before this was rectified. A disappointing stay and poor customer service afterwards.
