4/10 Poor

Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
The location is excellent, but unfortunately, that is the only positive thing about this apartment. The address listed was incorrect, the carpet was extremely dirty and should be thrown away, and the beds were small and uncomfortable. The apartment lacks many basic essentials, and the overall cleanliness is very poor. Definitely not what we expected or paid for. Very disappointing experience.
