Family trip to London this was perfect for our family for a budget stay somewhere to get our heads down after a long day sightseeing. The room was clean beds made and fresh towels daily couldn’t ask for more for the price and location.

Let’s face it, this ain’t no Hilton. The age of the building means no mod cons such as lifts or air conditioning- in fact, the rooms are absolutely boiling all the time. Nothing seems to have been spent on the property since about 1995, though the location is good from Euston and Kings Cross. A particular highlight was listening to the smack heads and alcoholics fight each other in the park opposite the hotel at 3am each night. Enjoy!

I've stayed in many hotels in this area and thought this was excellent value for money. Super clean, ensuite toilet and shower, towels, in room coffee/tea and kettle, 24hr reception. You can easily pay twice as much in London for somewhere not as good!

Everything was good. The staff were friendly. The room was cleaned everyday. The only thing I would say is the park across the street is very active even at 3am, random people yelling throughout the night. Bring ear plugs to sleep.

room was clean - had some red blankets on the bed which had stains on and holes in but apart from that the room was clean. bring your own body wash for the shower as none was supplied by the hotel. bathroom is small, comfy beds & fan supplied for the hot night.
