If I could give 0 stars for accurate description of the property, I would.

This was by far the worst experience we have had with VRBO. the owner never contacted me until after I called vrbo. The #1 problem was this apartment simply did NOT have the space for 6 people as was listed. I could go on and on, but I have an email from someone at vrbo that I talked to and I’ll be contacting her as well. We would like some of our money back. It was so so bad. It was never cleaned. We had no toilet paper, no blankets or pillows, and only places to sleep 4 people, not 6. The first night, my teenage son slept on a loveseat couch with a towel for a blanket. It was so so bad.
