No staff on premises. Had to call a number as there was noone at reception. Said if help is required, it'll be offered on phone. Location gives it prestige but hotel has none. Room looked neglected.

Great hotel, 5 minutes walk to Olympia conference center, staff were very friendly, allowed me to check in very late due to traffic on route however was clean and staff helpful! Will stay again and would recommend!

Location is the only plus for this hotel

quite possibly the worst hotel i’ve stayed in for cleanliness but the receptionist was helpful and location was good room was small bathroom smelt mildew and damp hot and no air flow dust behind radiator paint coming off the walls

You get the true harry Potter experience with a room where it barely fit a bed. The shower flood out of the bathroom cause everything is broken. For the price stay far away from that. Its the worst "hotel" i stayed. Maybe if u just need 1 night it would be ok. But never more. I stayed 4 nights and it was really bad.

Fine for a one night stay and for what we paid . Our room was very small and on 2nd floor, seemed to be on a tilt . Very hot and stuffy, fan was provided.

BUDGET HOTEL

The pictures from the website look better. There was a lovely lady and gentleman on the reception and they offered luggage storage abeit in the reception area. The room was serviced every day. Clean towels every day and clean sheets. There was a kettle and tea and coffee in the room. There was a fan in the room. The decor could have been better but overall it was in a good location and it was somewhere to sleep.
