- This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between june and september, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period. This home accepts babies, toddlers, children and pets. The fireplace in this home is ornamental. This home is spread over three floors with no internal elevator. There is parking on request at this home, which if available can be pre-arranged. Please speak to our sales advisors if you wish to enquire about the space. The homeowner's gardener will visit once a week on wednesdays at 2pm. They will not need to access the homethere is a peloton exercise bike in the home that is available to experienced users. The dining table has only eight chairs, however more can be taken from around the home. There is limited access to the right-hand side of the fourth bedroom bed. The neighbouring home has scaffolding on it whilst works take place. Work begins on 29th august for the foreseeable future with some noise being heard during work hours, monday to friday, 8am - 5pm.
