The only thing I liked about this hotel is the location and proximately to the subway station, restaurants and stores. Staff did a good job of cleaning the room. The room was dated and moldy, bed was uncomfortable, no hot water, no staff available after the morning, shotty Wi-Fi, only two poor quality towels were provided for the entire day, no hand towels, and no hair blow dryer. If there was a situation no one was on the premise after the morning cleaning. Not good!

In an area close to Paddington Station , good! Room had a 2 sq metre piece of carpet which was soaked with water when I walked into the room, and the hot water tap in the shower which was totally non functional.

We booked this property as the price was reasonable, we went to check in but nobody was there, there was a post it note on the front door saying go next door for check in which we did and greeted by an extremely rude man, there was mot hot water on the 1st day of stay and the property in my opinion was in a poor state of repair and Very dated however the room was clean here was an extractor fan cover missing in the bathroom exposing live cables amongst other issues, we wanted to report this on our stay but there was no staff at the property, ii reported this to Expedia who I wil say were very helpful in offering us alternative accommodation

Muito atenciosos. Esforçados em comunicar conosco. Limpeza diária. Excelente localização. Íamos a pé a maioria dos pontos turísticos. Atendeu a contento à nossa necessidade. Não espere o mesmo padrão de hospedagem para a mesma faixa de preço no Brasil pois ficará frustrado. Para padrão europa custo benefício atende bem a necessidade.

Väldigt dåligt hotell. Ingen i receptionen, inget varmvatten under vistelsen, ingen information, mögel i duschen, ingen toalettborste, knappt att man kan kalla det ett handfat, bara ett uttag i rummet. JÄTTEDÅLIGT!

No hot water and shower knob was stuck and took a lot of jiggling to close it. Impossible to reach tenant even during the day. Don’t know what would have happened if water could not be shut down. Do not rent room #3!

Nothing to like about this hotel. Straight 3 days and nights without hot water in shower room and the receptionist had gone hiding and nowhere and no one was available to help us. Ring the hotel phone number and no one responded. Completely shameful and careless hotel and should be shut down from providing further service to tourists.

Room for the most part was fine, not great, smaller than the pictures, really just two heads with a foot in between them. We were right by a busy road, and it was super loud at night, so sleeping was tough. The shower also did not have hot water. Staff was nice.

Personnel inexistant. Heureusement que le jour de notre arrivée nous avons croisé la femme de chambre pour nous ouvrir… d’où les 2 étoiles. Nous avons jamais croisé le réceptionniste. Insalubrité, des couvertures sales, du mobilier vétuste, ni serviette ni savon. Rien de rien. Je ne suis jamais tombé sur un hôtel aussi médiocre… Comment peut-on le proposer à la réservation…

Bonne surprise !

Nous sommes venus à Londres pour faire des musées du coup le logement était anecdotique. Cependant nous avons était agréablement surprise par la « qualité » de l’hôtel. Nous avions vu des avis mitigés. L’hôtel est dans son jus mais fait l’affaire. Les lits sont confortables et propres, la salle de bain mériterai d’être refaite. Nous avons était très touchées par le changement de service à la deuxième journée ! C’est un très bon point positif. Une fois le Check in fait nous avons une clé qui nous permet de rentrer dans l’hôtel à n’importe quelle heure.

UNDGÅ DETTE STED! Alt hvad der står beskrevet om stedet passer ikke, bortset fra beliggenheden. Gamle, slidte små, snuskede værelser, der ikke er blevet renoveret i årtier. Små elendige senge. Ingen ansatte på hotellet efter kl 22. Ja vi så faktisk ikke nogen i receptionen mens vi var der. Vi ville ellers gerne have spurgt ham, hvorfor den varme hane var skruet af både på håndvasken, og på bruseren! Der var KUN KOLDT VAND at vaske sig i! Det burde fjernes fra alle internetsider. FØJ!

Incheckning var kl. 15.30. Trevlig och hjälpsam städerska. Sängarna bäddades varje dag. Fick nya handdukar varannan dag. Bra läge, nära till bussar och tunnelbana. Trevliga restauranger i närheten. Rum ut mot större väg, endast en glasfönster vilket gjorde att det var lyhört och kyligt. Fanns dock ett element som var flyttbart. WiFi var delvis svagt, tillhörde ett annat hotell. Sängarna slitna.

Good stay for the price.

Nice clean place to stay a few days. Close to Edgware road underground. Middle east neighbour hood with a lot of cafes, restaurants and small shops. No working wifi in room 9.
