The room was clean and functional-a bit small by North American standards but fine for us. Excellent location and staff-no issues with anything,all you have to do is ask for fresh towels,all other supplies(tissue/coffee/etc)are available in the lobby. Nice little breakfast spot in the lobby,again very reasonable and good food & staff. We would return for sure!

They closed the hotel 3 days into our 7 night stay and evicted everyone. Told us to pack and get out. No notice. Don’t ever book a Marriot hotel! This is how they treat guests.

Rooms are very small but that’s expected for London. The staff were helpful but there was no cleaning services during the stay and would’ve been good to have one clean at least during my 4 nights. Overall, very convenient location!

Henry Hotel Bayswater is conveniently located across the street from Hyde Park. You can walk to Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square, Big Ben, Westminster Abbey and Paddington Station. If shopping is your thing then Oxford Street or Piccadilly Circus are close. If you prefer there is easy access to public transit or taxis. Short walk to a wide variety of breakfast or dinner spots.

Great location. Clean rooms. Accessibility to restaurants, public transport. The only issue and a major one is the room is too small. There is no place even for a single 23 kg bag. And the bathroom is tiny.

I didn't like the concept of this hotel. It is not a hotel, nor a B&B. The rooms are too small and the cafeteria was too simple. There are many other hotel on the same street with a nicer ambience and concept.

Good location but no housekeeping

To be noted that there is really no housekeeping! We stayed 6 nights and the room hadn’t been made a single time (despite us asking). Also breakfast is not included. There is a cafe in the lobby but you need to pay. On the positive, very good location. The hotel/room was in a good condition.

Great hotel with nearby tube stations. Friendly staff and overall great service. Free good wifi. Very clean room. Comfortable mattress. Only few things that I could mention as negative such as very flat pillows, very stiff bathroom sliding door and very confusing air con in bedroom. Would definitely stay again though and hopefully next time we stay these things may have been resolved. However they did not impact our stay aside from a handful of moments of irritation with the bathroom door and air con and needing to bulk out the pillows with a towel.

Check in was not until 4 PM. When I checked in, they didn't have a key for me, so I had to use a house key. The room was quite small and the hotel is located next to a train so it's quite loud. Room was clean and rest of facilities were nice, but I wouldn't recommend given all the other options.

Nice hotel in Bayswater. The room and the hotel was clean and modern. It was nice and quiet. The beds were comfortable and we slept so well. The weather in London was very hot, so we loved stepping into the cool, air conditioned room every evening. Would absolutely stay here again!
