We were there for just one night so did not manage to try the food, but bed was very comfortable. The mattress was comfortably firm. AC not bad, but could be better. The 4 pillows were comfy.. The decor was up to date and thoughtfully designed.

Hotel is very upscale and comfortable. The staff are exceedingly nice and helpful (they significantly stepped up and helped us with a minor medical problem my daughter had upon checkin). Splendid hotel with great location

The hotel’s location is terrific, very near major attractions and close to many restaurants and pubs. A subway station is just around the corner, too. The service was excellent. Staff was friendly and attentive. And the bar downstairs is really a cool place for a drink. The rooms are small- as is the case with most London hotels. But my room was well designed and appointed. Plenty of feature comforts like heated floors in the bathroom. I’d stay there again, but upgrade to a larger room.
