Check-in was fast and friendly, room was nice and comfortable, and breakfast was pretty good (they could have had more bacon though). My only real complaint is that you could hear everything going on in the hall from the room (and bed).

Having a full kitchen was useful to store leftovers and fruits from grocery stores. The laundry machines made our clothes smell less than good though.the exercise room was surprisingly big with good range of equipment. Breakfast was good and changes daily. They have puzzles and board games you can borrow. Location was ok right off the 401 highway but 20 mins from downtown or the university.

Clean room, very friendly staff, good morning breakfast with eggs, ham, toast, waffles, fresh fruits. Nice that a standalone tea/coffee station is available throughout the day. Fitness centre open 24 hours. Ample parking and lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Facility is built in a T shape and a long walk if you need the elevator. Good stay, will be back.

The staff, from check-in to check-out were wonderful. Check-in was efficient and the young lady was so kind and informative of everything in and around the hotel. The cleaning staff were friendly, in fact, one of the cleaners noticed we were going the wrong direction and pointed us to where we needed to go. We were so embarrassed! The breakfast buffet has a nice selection of hot and cold items. The breakfast room itself is clean and has ample seating. The ladies in the breakfast room are outstanding. They were on top of everything that needed refilling and wiped down tables when guests left. Can't say enough about them. Thank you! Our room was two queen beds. Beds, linens, bathroom towels were plush. The kitchen with full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher and 2 burner counter top was a nice touch that we never used. The Keurig coffee maker in-room was a nice to have. Overall we would would be a returning guest to this hotel.

Breakfast staff during the week: Donna was wonderful! She always greeted with a good morning, advised what breakfast is on that day, asked how our stay is going & answered questions all in a upbeat polite manner. She is super friendly & personable. Food was great. Check in & check out staff were also personable & friendly! Room was clean, cleaning staff also great to deal with. A ton of available parking. We would definitely stay there again & recommend to family & friends.
