I have stayed at Adrift many times and usually have an awesome experience. This time however, I noticed the wear of the room we were in and the beds were awful. I am usually very easy to please but we actually got the worst night’s sleep in both beds. We had two queens in our rooms and my husband and I tried both and both were slanted and lumpy and very, very worn. Otherwise, we love this property and will most likely return. I would strongly recommend a refresh in some of the rooms that need it. And definitely time for some new mattresses. Thank you for your hospitality though. We always enjoy the property.

If you don’t want to be woke up by dogs barking, and kept up by dogs barking- this may not be the place for you. Dogs are everywhere. Very noisy unfortunately, if it were less noisy- this would’ve been a great stay.

Great view of the beach from our room. The entire property is very clean. Fully enjoyed the spa services. Coffee bar and food were terrific. Cute, small gift shop, not too overwhelming to peruse through. Grabbed a sweet little dog toy for my pooch.

The room was cozy and clean, the view was awesome, and the whole place had a very chill vibe. Check-in was easy and the staff were very nice. There was personal communication through text, so checking out was simply a matter of texting that we were leaving. It was a hassle free, relaxing stay.

Trying to be upscale but the room did not reflect that. Room smelled badly but looked very clean. Beds like sacks of potatoes. Decor very cheaply done, the ropes and eye level piercing lights were hysterical. Personally I don’t care for bath amenities such as shower gel, shampoo or conditioner to be communally shared by previous occupants but thank goodness I always travel with my own stuff and didn’t need to use what was provided. We had a lovely view of the ocean from our window and did enjoy that immensely! It would have been so nice to have coffee available in room instead of having to walk out and around to another building across the parking lot to get a minuscule cup of horrible coffee. Sorry but it was and we went to town to find other. This is what I couldn’t get, you arrive to a place that has a bar. I had assumed the “free drink” would have been to acquaint you to that amenity but you just pick out a couple cans from the fridge in the lobby and not promote your bar? Now I understand it was thanksgiving weekend and lots of families with kids were booked. They were having a ball in the pool, all the time. I was able to enjoy about 10 minutes before footballs started flying and jocularity ramped up. This however led to the beautiful saunas they have! I don’t begrudge kids having fun and sitting in the sauna hearing them laughing and playing was fantastic. The distillery! Don’t miss this! It was fun and informative. We loved the cranberry liqueurs ❤️

The room was clean. It was also very bargain rate. The memory foam mattresses seemed to be well past their prime. Two fiberglass kitchen chairs for seating was sub par. The tub didn't have any sort of grab bar or nonslip bottom. Next time I will stay in the adjacent Inn at Discovery Coast in a room with a sofa, fireplace, walk in shower, jacuzzi tub, balcony for a few dollars a night more.

We did not like that our room stunk and we discovered 4 very large dog pee sprays on the side of the room fridge. If that wasn't bad enough the desk clerk, when we called the second time to see if housekeeping was ever going to show up said "Housekeeping is prioritizing cleaning rooms for incoming guests and will get to you as soon as possible." We had to throw away the food we placed on top of the fridge. Check out next day was not good.

There were 4 huge globs of dog pee from the top of the mini fridge all the way diwn to the floor. We didn't see it until the sun came our. The hist didnt priorituze. She said that housekeeping was busy with prepping rooms. When When we checked out and asked if the gotel had provided a courtesy the cashier asked me if I had asked for ine. I have tons of pictures.
