"My wife and I loved Joycelyn's apartment. Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed. Kitchen, although small, was well stocked with what we needed, as was the bathroom. We loved the peacefulness of the area, the only sounds were the chickens and the wind through the palm trees. It was centrally located on the island, so it was close to pretty much everything. Grocery store and restaurants only a few minutes away. Our favorite beach, Shoal Bay East, was only about 10 minutes away. Joycelyn was a great host, we would gladly stay here again."

"Things were very quiet at Sandy Hill Condos throughout the three day stay we booked on Vrbo. The surroundings are very relaxing. I found the property to be difficult to locate at first, but slowly zeroed in on the location. I may have erred in not securing sufficient details about how to contact the host, which likely led to some initial confusion on my part. Also was unfamiliar with Anguilla, this having been my first visit. In any case the condominium was quiet and serene. The sound of waves landing on the shore could be heard at all times from the pleasant second floor balcony attached to the kitchen and living room area. The kitchen was very well provisioned with a surprising array of accessories. This is a very pleasant spot. I am even having thoughts of exploring ownership opportunities at this location."

"This was an excellent find! This villa/ condo was a hidden gem! It was a perfect backdrop to my vacation. My husband and I celebrated our anniversary and my birthday and the host made sure we were taken care of and suggested great fine dining restaurants. Blue Villa felt like home away from home! We will definitely come back! 10 🌟 Stars"
Oceanview villa with private pool, 5 mins to beach

"This villa is toward the east end of Anguilla on the south shore, facing St. Martin--which makes for a great view over the ocean. The villa was clean on arrival and features comfortable beds (one large king in one room, two singles in the other). The kitchen has been recently redone and is bright and airy, part of the big space that includes the living room. There is modern, reasonably quiet AC in both bedrooms and ceiling fans in every room, so it stays reasonably cool. The property is gated, although Anguilla is very safe. The best feature is the deck and pool -- and the great view. The pool is salt water and a uniform depth of about 4 feet (or a little more). It's not technically heated but certainly was a very nice temperature while we were there. There is a washing machine and lots of clothesline space for drying (which is fast in this climate). There's also a BBQ. Plenty of towels, both bath kind and beach kind. And there is a wonderful woman named Joyce who is always available by text and lives about 5 minutes away. The owners are also very responsive and helpful so that communication is always rapid. We would go back in a heartbeat--truly a great place for exploring the island but even great if you just wanted to stay there most of the time. Anguilla is lovely and has the feel of the Caribbean 50 years ago. Staying in the east end is peaceful and quiet but the west end, where the action is, is only a half hour away. A rental car is essential."
