"Room was not cleaned , as it was only last room left and reached late so had no option but to use the e room with placing extra sheets on top and no toilets papers and no towels . Staff help to resolved it as soon as possible. But still not happy as with kids it was hard to get good hygiene room in this hotel."

"1 night stay with a small dog. We were delighted to see a welcome package for the dog which had 2 bone cookies and a package of poo bags."

"Convenient location, friendly staff. Outside was a mess, a lot of trash. Rooms were not bad, bathroom was clean but the water temperature was horrible, it would only get warm."

"Thr walls were paper thin so we knew each time the neighbouring child woke up in the middle of the night. The rooms were extremely small. Clean inside, but windows outside were filthy. Staff was friendly. Didn't look like a hotel so we weren't sure if we were in the right place."
