Arrived to an uncleaned apartment with all of the beds used, food/pans on the stove and garbage in the front entry way that stunk. Asked for a refund and was told I had to go through hotels.com which meant another hour in the phone. Still have not been refunded my tourist taxes despite repeatably asking. "The hotel well located and is very clean. The staff is super friendly and will go above and beyond! I was impressed! Breakfast was simply amazing with the selection of food. There was only one drawback and it was the noise. The room i had was one with an adjoining door to the next room and we heard the people in next door (even heard when they unzipped their luggage !)"

I had written a request for reserved parking vía Expedia as Cortina is know to have limited parking in town center. That request got lost in communication btwn Expedia & the hotel. The staff provided me the info from Expedia. Recommend you send a message directly to the hotel to reserve a spot. The hotel staff help es me find a spot in the street."

"This beautiful old hotel is in an excellent location for exploring the Dolomites. We loved the view from the room, and breakfast had plenty of choices. The hotel is located above a small store, so you can easily find snacks, sandwiches or gelato. The only thing lacking was the ability to make coffee in our room."
