Exquisite Beachfront Condo with both Sunrise & Sunset Views

A tropical treasure is waiting for you. Newly renovated beachfront beauty with Tommy Bahama inspired furnishings throughout. A luxurious, yet casual lifestyle awaits you with upgraded travertine marble floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and solid wood custom cabinetry in the kitchen and baths. Relax on the 4th floor lanai and watch the sunset over the azure Gulf of Mexico waters. Plunge into the heated beach side pool, sunbathe on our private Gulf beach, play tennis on the private courts, and shop at the incredible, nearby, St. Armand's Circle.
Bring your boat! Dock space is available on the bay side for an additional charge. We also have bay access for paddleboarding, kayaking, and fishing. A city park is also close by with courts for pickleball, basketball, and a playground for kids.

The Living/Dining Room is nicely decorated with a new Bassett sectional, an over-sized chair w/ottoman, large flat screen TV, a 6-place dining set and sliding doors out to the lanai.

The Kitchen is fully stocked with all of the utensils and cookware you will need for preparing delicious meals.

The Master Bedroom has a king bed, TV, sliding doors to the balcony, a private reading area, huge walk in closet and Private Bath with a walk-in shower.

The Guest Bedroom has twin beds, an adjoining bath and a private reading area.

Local amenities just minutes away include all that the Sarasota/Bradenton area has to offer including theatres, restaurants, water sports and a large selection of cultural gems - Sarasota Opera, Ringling Museum, Mary Selby Botanical Gardens, Asolo Repertory Theatre, Mote Marine Laboratory and Aquarium, plus many others.

Longboat Key is but a short drive to Busch Gardens and the Hard Rock Casino in Tampa and Disney World in Orlando.
