"Location is very convenient to Sprouts, Fry's, Summit Park and other shopping. Great floor plan for 2 families. The game room is quiet and a fun place for kids to hang out and be able to leave their toys out. Spacious, well stocked kitchen with plenty of dishes, glasses, small alliances of all sorts, pots and pans. And they are not old, over used ones but well kept. Overall, very clean and thoughtfully stocked. AND for the few questions we had, we got a very quick responses from Paul. Thanks!"

"We were relocating our family from Colorado to Arizona and booked our stay with Steve and Vickie. They were very transparent with us when they had an issue with the outdoor kitchen. They made every accommodation for us to be comfortable.The pool was so refreshing and the house was immaculate. Having access to the garage was a huge plus."

"Was able to find this home last minute for 4th of July weekend. House was super nice and cozy. The pool in the back was up against a golf course and it was very relaxing. Place was fully stocked with everything you need. The only thing we didnt like was the big windows with no curtains because it let so much light in during the day and it being the AZ summer it kinda sucks. But the ac was nice and cold and everything was perfect. The backyard is enclosed so if you have any dogs its perfect. We will definitely love to stay again in the future. Thanks so much."
