The location is wonderful, the view is amazing, and it offers a very private house and yard with a charming atmosphere. Amy, the agent, is great at communicating & always makes me feel at home. Summerland is a cute, quaint town and is very close to Montecito and Santa Barbara. I have family in Santa Barbara and I hope to continue to stay at this property many more times in the future. "

"I would recommend this property to anyone as it was super clean well supplied in the kitchen and the pool was warm upon arrival and we had no issues except one guest did not know how to shut off the shower. Help came as soon as we requested. Maybe an off sign on the valve would help others. "

"We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO. Although the house is a bit older, the property itself is stunning and offers a fantastic layout for multiple families, especially with kids. There’s plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably without feeling crowded. The host/owner was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, and the neighborhood is right in the middle of Montecito with easy access to restaurants, shops, etc. We enjoyed our time here and would love to return in the future."
