The apartment is located on the first floor and offers two modern bathrooms with showers, a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable dining and living area. Clean bed linen and towels ensure a worry-free arrival, while two balconies with seating and a view of the well-maintained garden invite you to relax. Air conditioning, free WiFi, satellite TV and a secure parking space complete the comfort. A safe is also available, so you can feel completely secure.



The accommodation is located just 350 metres from the nearest sandy beach, ideal for relaxing days by the sea. Other beaches and bathing bays in the vicinity can be reached within a few minutes' walk, ranging from rocky sections to extensive sandy beaches. The central location also allows easy access to supermarkets, restaurants, cafés and leisure activities such as bicycle rental, water sports, mini golf or boat trips.



In the outdoor area, you can expect a fenced garden, a children's playground, sun terraces, and a traditional barbecue hut that can be used by arrangement. A boat mooring is available nearby for small boats. Pets are allowed by arrangement.
