"The place is worn out, old style furniture, no fridge, AC doesn't work, staff only attend at the reception at 4pm, no early check in regardless, no one at the property, no kitchen or food store nearby, you've to walk 20 minutes for the nearest shop."

"Property is in great location 10-15 walk from main areas on a canal. It's a great walk into town to see some neighborhoods you otherwise wouldn't.
