"Bedsheets were dirty, floor sticky. You can tell they are fixing it up by diy ways. Water pressure was all over the place."

"The room wasn’t as clean as most Sonesta’s I have stayed in and there was holes in the furniture the pull out mattress was stained and my daughter was not comfortable sleeping on it so we had to share the bed"

"There was a slight issue in the beginning when we got there there was stuff left in my room, but the staff there was very helpful and nice and very quick to get rid of it and get everything resolved. They gave me a very late checkout and free breakfast buffet vouchers and anything else I needed during the rest of my stay they were quick to give me. we love this place We go here a lot during the winter to take the kids swimming. I would highly recommend it to anyone."
