The manager was very nice and welcoming and explained that I did have to pay for having a pet, I am very sorry my misunderstanding, I give high marks for this establishment.

I mean, it was very easy check-in / check out situation. The room smelled like wet cigarette smoke. The door didn’t really close securely. The shower didn’t have any hot water. The bed was comfortable, the sheets were clean, but don’t look at the actual mattress because you will get grossed out(but it’s also not a five star hotel so I understand). I didn’t go back to the office and complain about any of these issues so I’m not sure if they would’ve accommodated me or not. I’m not gonna complain too much because it wasn’t too expensive and it was a last-minute trip.

The woman at the counter asked for $20 more because I had a small dog with me. I told her it says “accommodations: Wi-Fi, air conditioning, microwave, ‘pets’…….she said nothing for a few seconds……then handed me the key to the room. She tried to get me for $20!

They have a sign on saying "no prostitution, drugs and etc." What a joke, they have it all right there. The owner of this establishment should just turn the sign on, new brothel is back in the town.

Not wheelchair accessible. Website says to request lower level for disability/wheelchair accommodations. Man on the phone was very rude and did not seem empathetic at all. Even if there was no way to accommodate he did bot to be rude. Cant wait for the ADA to hear this one.
