Guests must agree to, sign, and return the rental agreement and bike/gym equipment release. Assumed guest agreement if not received. Ask 4 commercial.
No parties allowed. Quiet hours between 10p-8a. For complaints requiring police attention, you will be asked to leave without refund.
For extended stays, cleanings every two weeks are required and fees will be requested after booking. Utility fees may be requested per agreement.
