I am really glad I was busy during this trip so I did not need to be in the room often. However, it smelled, everything was extremely dated, there were weird stains all over the carpets and lamp shades. If you want to feel comfortable, I would not stay here.

Let's start with I love boutique hotels an this one is a little gem, French Parisienne meets Oriental design, no chain cookie cutter here! Judy and John were so accommodating, helpful and did everything to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Stayed for almost 2 weeks before and after a medical surgery and could not have worked out better. Very walkable, clean, nice bed linens, mattress, quiet and the rate is unbelievable for their location. Cute little bar too. Understand it even has a little Hollywood history too. Sister hotel Mosaic employees Robert, David and Daniel good bartenders and asst mgr was so helpful and food was good and convenient...great not to have to seek out eateries in an unfamiliar area!!!

For the price this hotel is amazing! Got a welcome text and staff were great. For Beverly Hills and the location it’s incredible. Is there some torn carpet? Sure. But it’s nicely kept and the beds are super Comfortable and the staff were so helpful. Shower was old but for the price I was so impressed!! Also very safe neighborhood and felt very safe in the hotel as a single female traveler. Self parking right next door for $50 (standard in LA). Great deal if you’re looking for a good deal! If you want all the bells and whistles be prepared to pay three times the price in this location. I highly recommend!!
