Your entrance, up a gentle set of steps to the front door, leads you into one of the first homes built in the Hollywood Hills. The large outdoor backyard is a haven, featuring a covered outdoor dining table for al fresco meals and an elevated balcony with glorious views of Studio City and San Gabriel mountains. You can see Universal Studios, The Minion, and Hogwart's Castle from the backyard.

Inside, Fredonia seamlessly combines old-world charm with new contemporary furniture for a chic ambiance. The full chef's kitchen and dining area are perfect for culinary delights. Two queen beds in the bedrooms, one of which transforms into a futon, provide comfortable sleeping arrangements. Universal Studios and City Walk is a 10 min walk and from the Universal City Metro Station you can easily access Hollywood, Downtown, Pasadena, Santa Monica and Culver City. It's a longer hike (40 min) to the north entrance of Runyon Canyon - LA's famous hiking hotspot where you can frequently spot celebrities. Lake Hollywood, the Hollywood Sign, Griffith Observatory and Griffith Park are also easily accessible by car (10-15min).

The home is very nice we enjoyed all the little details. Overall the stay was nice the parking is a little rough. My only complaint is I really wish we were able to park in front but there are a lot of cars parked along street and there is no designated spaces it is all first come first serve and there were 2 cars parked in front of the house the entire stay. The neighborhood does seem nice and safe. We ended up parked a ways down in front of another house the entire stay. The host was very responsive and overall it was a wonderful stay. Thank you again.
