Honestly, I have nothing bad to say about the Walnut Inn & Suites; the manager and staff are great. They are friendly people with a great attitude and always maintain a positive demeanor. I truly feel comfortable and at ease there—it is one of those hotels where I can rest without a worry.

I feel like some of the staff could be friendlier. I asked for more towels at the desk, and they told me I can only get them from the cleaner even though there was a stack of towels in their laundry room. The sink did not drain and that was pretty disgusting. The parking lot is large and always had open space. There was one male worker there who was especially polite. He checked us in and also processed our late check-out.

We have stayed here before. We love the area and the rooms. The ac works amazing. The beds are comfy. The towels are the softest from any hotel. The shower pressure is great. The room is always IMMACULATE!!!! Parking is ok we havent had a problem. The staff are always so nice !!!

I enjoy staying here because the husband & wife that manage/run the walnut inn & suites have such great customer service that's why I keep coming back, so nice & friendly always got a smile on there faces.
