Booking & Cancellation Policy

100% payment due at booking + $350 cleaning fee

$500 refundable security deposit (returned within 7 days of departure)

FULL REFUND (minus processing fees) if canceled 60+ days before check-in

PARTIAL REFUND (50% minus processing fees) if canceled 30+ days before check-in

NO REFUND for cancellations within 30 days
