"Love this hotel, it's my 10th stay. The hotel is good for families and couples. The kids club and entertainment is away from the accommodation and there is an adult only pool. Beautifully kept gardens,some pools are heated. "

"How this is rated 5 star, I will never know. Rooms are average, food is sub prime. The worst are the staff who are really not friendly and so begrudging to have to help you out."

"The property was hard to find and I hard to drive around for half an hour to find the entrance. It is next to an industrial park, which is not listed in the description. It was also unbearably hot and not well ventilated. The only source of air was the 1 small window, which let in tons of bugs. I ended up leaving a night early. If you are looking to sleep somewhere cheap and don’t care about the place then this will do, but I would never choose to stay here."

"Great place to stay in Lanzarote! Spacious and luminous junior suite, comfortable bed, renovated bathroom, nice terrace. Very clean and well maintained. Good breakfast and dinner. Friendly staff. We really enjoyed our stay here. Really recommended! "

"Overall the hotel was tired with lots of examples of wear and tear that had not been addressed. We were all inclusive but one day of this experience put us off and we ate out the remainder of our stay. The food was Luke warm and mushy from being over cooked. The beds were very comfortable. Location is a bit out of the way so car hire is advisable. Ok experience but. No desire to return to this hotel."

"Firstly, the villa is not easy to find. First impression is that it is very dated.. Everywhere apart from the kitchen needs refurbishment. The kitchen is new and well stocked, but has an old fridge with broken shelves in the door so bottles have to go inside and gets full very quickly. The lounge only has seating for 4 people and the dining area similar. All three showers rooms need attention. Curtains are very thin, letting light in. Towels are small and of poor quality. Pool towels need to be hired! Lots of traffic noise. On plus side, Jodie is very helpful and quick to respond to problems. "
