Desde el inicio tarde media hora en hacer checkin por qué me comentaron que ya no tenían convenio con ninguna página web y ya había dejado pagado yo el alquiler. Me tocó alojarme en tercer piso, no sirve el elevador, la habitación estaba muy dañada por la humedad, las sabanas y cobijas no estaban limpias, el cristal para el balcón roto, definitivamente no regresaré.

Me gusto que es muy servicial el personal pero si deberian de tener agua enbotelledada en las habitaciones, y pues cuidar mas el reutilizar toallas, jabones y poner mejor cuidado en el agua tiene tasas que gastan mucha agua. Y pues deberian de invertir en remodelar las habitaciones el personal es exelente

No cuenta con agua caliente el agua la cortan toda la tarde el servicio de restauran es solo por la mañana, no hay respeto del personal de limpieza y no entran al cuarto sin asegurarse que hay huéspedes dentro, muy mala experiencia no volvería a hospedarme en el hotel las instalaciones muy viejas y anti higiénicas
